Redgate has served as advisor and development manager for MITIMCo’s Kendall Square Initiative since 2010, helping transform 26 acres of underutilized land into one of the world’s premier mixed-use innovation districts. The multi-phase redevelopment has delivered a vibrant mix of laboratory, academic, residential, office, retail, and public open space uses that advance MIT’s academic mission while strengthening Kendall Square’s role as a global hub for research, technology, and life sciences. Redgate has led entitlement strategy, permitting, infrastructure delivery, development management, and stakeholder coordination throughout the program.
